1. How long it take you guys to ship out my parcel?
We need 2-3 working days to process your order, normally before the promised time.
2. In which way my parcel was going to be send?
We send most parcel by ePacket,USPS .which takes 7-23 transit days due to different area.
3. I don't want my order anymore, is there enough time to cancle it?
Yes, before we shipped it out. You can cancle your order, and please choose reason :Items not required anymore.
That's really important for us. Please contact us before you initiate a refund request.
If we have shipped it out, I am afraid refund would be a little hard to deal with.
4. I received my parcel,but some of them was missing/broken, what should I do?
Please contact us at once and send pitures of the pacage and the products.
We will process a reshipment for you after confirmed.
5. Estimated Delivery Time By ePacket

l --USA: 10-15days
l --Australia: 10-15days.
l --South America: 15-21 days.
l --Asia: 10-15days
Delivery time was highly depended on the Customs Cleareance and Weather.
6. Status of my parcel says: returing to senders? How this happened.
Parcel return may due to several reasons. But nomatter what, Please contact us and we will arrange reshipment for you.
Please prepare a New Address and New Name, Phone number for us, in case of being returned to CHINS again.
Please ask for your family or friend for help if you can't provide a new receive add.
